A Fork Full of Earth is a Marin County based, organic farm-to-table catering business. Our name was born out of the belief that culinary professionals have the responsibility to move beyond food preparation and service to provide education about the effect that conscious food choices have on our bodies and the planet. We do that by using our local farms and ranches as resources; connect our clients to the source of their food by highlighting farm fresh, seasonal products in our menus.

With offices in San Rafael and a production kitchen in Fairfax, we cook right in the heart of Marin County. We provide services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and would be delighted to bring our delicious, California inspired food to your wedding, rehearsal dinner, dinner party or picnic. Our experienced chefs hail from places like Chez Pannise, Morimoto, and Ubuntu and we collaborate with the Bay Area’s finest event planners, rental companies and venues. We are also set up to furnish your event with our unique selection of vintage, antique and “classically California” inspired linens, ceramics, and decorations.

We offer many options for food service, including:

Our passion is pan-to-plate cuisine. We produce as many elements of your menu as possible at your venue, which means your food is as fresh and delicious as it can possibly be—akin to having a restaurant of your very own—operating just for you and your guests.

At the heart of our wine country rustic cuisine are simple, yet elegant recipes centered around California’s most favored flavors. Our original menus are driven by what is in season and what is at it’s peak at the markets where we shop. Our dishes are rustic, elegant and unique to your event, combining both classical and progressive flavors into creative, alluring, memorable menus.
